Package Your Items
Securely pack your products in their original box or a sturdy alternative to prevent damage during transit.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
